Commercial Communication Consent

Within the scope of Law No. 6563 on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce ("ETK") and the KVKK, the contact details you share via our website (name, surname, mobile phone, e-mail) may, based on your explicit consent, be processed for the purposes of web hosting, server and domain name campaigns, discounts, surveys and satisfaction research, and commercial electronic messages may be sent to you via SMS, e-mail or phone call.

• Consent and İYS Registration: The consents you give are recorded in the Message Management System (İYS) as required by law.
• Mandatory Service Notifications: Hosting renewal invoices, domain expiry warnings and technical incident notifications are considered part of the direct performance of the service; they are therefore outside the scope of consent and will continue to be sent.
• Right to Opt Out: You may withdraw your messaging consent free of charge at any time via the "Unsubscribe" link in e-mails, the SMS opt-out code, directly via iys.org.tr, or from the profile settings in your Customer Panel. Sending stops within 3 business days of the opt-out notification.

I give my explicit consent to the delivery of campaign, promotion and information announcements regarding the products and services offered by Limitsiz Bulut Bilişim Teknolojileri to my e-mail address and telephone number registered in the system, and to the sharing of my information for this purpose with the İYS and licensed bulk SMS/e-mail providers.
