What is reseller hosting?
Reseller hosting lets you split server resources you buy in bulk through the WHM (Web Host Manager) panel and give each client a separate cPanel account. Every client has their own cPanel, files, mailboxes and databases, while you manage all accounts from one place.
Server hardware, operating system updates, security patches, network infrastructure and backups are handled by Limitsiz Bulut. That means you can offer professional hosting to your client portfolio without hiring a system administrator.
Who is it for?
- Web design and software agencies: host the sites you deliver on your own infrastructure and build recurring revenue.
- Freelance developers: keep each client’s site in its own account so a problem in one project never affects the others.
- IT consultants and system integrators: provide hosting, domains and email to business clients from a single source.
- New hosting ventures: enter the market under your own brand without investing in servers.
If all the sites are yours and clients do not need their own panels, unlimited hosting may be more economical.
2026 reseller hosting prices
Prices are in USD, per month and exclude VAT.
| Plan | Monthly price | cPanel accounts | Total disk | Bandwidth | Cost per account |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Reseller 5 | 4.33 USD | 5 | 5 GB | 50 GB | ~0.87 USD |
| Reseller 20 | 13.23 USD | 20 | 50 GB | 100 GB | ~0.66 USD |
| Reseller 60 | 39.90 USD | 60 | Unlimited | 500 GB | ~0.67 USD |
| Reseller 100 | 49.99 USD | 100 | Unlimited | Unlimited | ~0.50 USD |
Cost per account is an approximate figure, calculated by dividing the plan price by the number of cPanel accounts, and assumes every account is in use. All plans include WHM, LiteSpeed Enterprise, NVMe SSD, free SSL, CloudLinux isolation, weekly backups and a choice of Turkey, Azerbaijan or Uzbekistan locations.
What can you do with WHM?
- Package templates: create templates such as “Small business” or “Corporate” and set disk, bandwidth, email and database limits in one go.
- Account lifecycle: creating, suspending, reactivating, changing packages and deleting accounts takes a few clicks.
- DNS management: create DNS zones for client domains and edit MX and TXT records.
- Direct cPanel access: when support is needed, jump into a client’s cPanel without asking for their password.
- Usage tracking: see how much disk and bandwidth each account uses on one screen, and offer an upgrade in good time to clients nearing their limits. This protects service quality and creates upsell opportunities.
Choosing the right reseller plan
Plan for your 12-month target, not today’s client count
If you have 8 clients today and plan to reach 15 this year, Reseller 20 lets you grow without the hassle of migrating. Existing accounts are kept when you upgrade.
Size disk space to your client profile
Simple brochure sites usually take between a few hundred MB and a few GB. If you have image-heavy clients or large mail archives, Reseller 60 and Reseller 100 with unlimited disk are the safer choice.
Pick the location that matches your client’s market
For clients serving the Azerbaijani or Uzbek market, a local location provides lower latency and a local IP address.
How should you price for your clients?
You set the selling price entirely yourself. For a healthy model we suggest these steps:
- Work out your cost per account (the table above is a good starting point).
- Add the time you spend on support and maintenance to that cost.
- Bundle hosting with domains, SSL, maintenance and email instead of selling it alone.
- Offer discounts for annual payments to make your cash flow predictable.
If you also want to sell paid SSL certificates, the SSL reseller program lets you sell certificates at your own prices.
What are your responsibilities as a reseller?
The division of work in reseller hosting is clear: keeping the server running, hardware faults, network connectivity, the operating system and cPanel/WHM updates are our responsibility. The commercial side of your client relationships is yours. Planning these processes from the start reduces problems as you grow:
- First-line support: your clients contact you. Common requests such as “my email isn’t arriving” or “I forgot my password” can be solved by you in WHM; our team steps in for infrastructure issues.
- Billing and renewals: decisions to suspend and reactivate accounts whose service has expired are yours. Automation software makes this much easier.
- Service agreement: we recommend a simple service agreement with clients covering backup frequency, support hours and fair use rules.
- Personal data protection: keep KVKK (Turkish Personal Data Protection Law) obligations in mind for data collected on your clients’ sites, and inform your clients accordingly.
Reseller hosting vs. unlimited hosting vs. VPS
| Criteria | Reseller hosting | Unlimited hosting | VPS server |
|---|---|---|---|
| Separate panel per client | Yes (cPanel) | No | Depends on licence |
| Control panel | WHM + cPanel | cPanel | Your choice |
| Server maintenance | Handled by us | Handled by us | By you |
| Root access | No | No | Yes |
| Best for | Agencies and resellers | Your own sites | Custom software, heavy load |
When your client base reaches the hundreds or you need custom software installed, consider a VPS server.
Migrating client sites
- Create a new cPanel account in WHM using the right package template for the client.
- Open a support ticket and share the old provider’s account details; we move files, databases and mailboxes free of charge.
- When the move is complete, test the site via a temporary address or your hosts file.
- Update the domain’s nameservers; if a new domain is needed, register it with a domain search.
- Confirm that SSL was installed automatically and that email is arriving on the new server.
Security and operations tips
- Open a separate account for every client; never group several clients in one cPanel.
- Use a strong password and two-factor authentication for WHM.
- Remind clients how important WordPress and plugin updates are, or offer them as a paid maintenance service.
- If you plan to recommend separate email infrastructure to business clients, see our business email plans.
Conclusion
Reseller hosting is an effective way to build recurring revenue with low start-up costs and strengthen client relationships. We look after the infrastructure; the client relationship stays with you.
