General Terms of Use

These terms of use (hereinafter the "Agreement") are entered into between limitsizbulut.com (hereinafter "Limitsiz Bulut Bilişim Teknolojileri") and the users who benefit from the services at www.limitsizbulut.com (hereinafter the "User").

This Agreement governs the terms and conditions relating to the User's use of Limitsiz Bulut Bilişim Teknolojileri. By using Limitsiz Bulut Bilişim Teknolojileri, the User is deemed to have accepted this Agreement.

The Company carries out the online sale of various products and services through Limitsiz Bulut Bilişim Teknolojileri. Users may make purchases through Limitsiz Bulut Bilişim Teknolojileri by registering as members.

• 3.1.1 Packages may not be used for purposes that conflict with the concept of web hosting, such as file sharing, file/data storage, download centers or backup space.
• 3.1.2 Packages may not be used for bulk / spam e-mail sending. Limitsiz Bulut Bilişim Teknolojileri may restrict hourly sending volumes whenever it deems necessary.
• 3.1.3 The Customer is responsible for backing up its own data. Our company cannot be held liable for any potential data loss.
• 3.1.4 A 100% migration guarantee cannot be given for the free website migration service.
• 3.1.5 Unlimited features are based on the principle of fair use. The aim is to allow our customers to use their packages in good faith without running into any limits. A CPU limit based on this principle is applied to the packages. The fair-use checkpoint for monthly traffic usage is 75GB. The fair-use checkpoint for disk usage is 20GB.
• 3.1.6 In all hosting packages, parked/alias domains may only be used to mirror the existing website. For any use other than website publishing (e-mail, etc.), Limitsiz Bulut may suspend the relevant services without notice.
• 3.1.7 Unless otherwise stated, the use of benefits such as campaigns, promotions, discounts and free extra periods is specific to the company and the individual. If it is determined that a benefit obtained through accounts created with different names, e-mail addresses, telephone numbers or similar records is being used outside the established rules, Limitsiz Bulut may suspend the relevant account and service without notice and may require the user to pay the difference arising from that benefit.
• 3.1.8 Each account has a single administrator account. If a user opens accounts with different or similar names or information, Limitsiz Bulut may suspend the relevant accounts and services without notice and may block access to the accounts.
• a-) Limitsiz Bulut reserves the right to terminate the service and issue a refund at any time without stating a reason.

The User undertakes that the information provided when registering with Limitsiz Bulut Bilişim Teknolojileri is accurate and up to date. The Company bears no responsibility in the event that false or incomplete information is provided. The User is responsible for the security of their account and may not allow third parties to use it. All liability arising from the use of the account by third parties rests with the User.

Users' personal data is protected by the Company in accordance with the Privacy Policy. By using Limitsiz Bulut Bilişim Teknolojileri, the User is deemed to have accepted the terms set out in the Privacy Policy. Limitsiz Bulut Bilişim Teknolojileri takes the necessary measures to ensure the security of its users. However, a 100% security guarantee cannot be given in the internet environment.

• Users agree to use Limitsiz Bulut Bilişim Teknolojileri in a lawful and ethical manner.
• The content and services offered by Limitsiz Bulut Bilişim Teknolojileri are solely for personal use within the allocated limits. They may not be copied for commercial purposes.
• Users may not infringe the rights of other users or engage in disruptive behavior.

All content, software, designs and images on Limitsiz Bulut Bilişim Teknolojileri belong to the Company and are protected by copyright. Users may not copy, distribute or use this content for commercial purposes without the Company's written permission.

Limitsiz Bulut reserves the right to unilaterally amend this Agreement at any time. Amendments take effect from the date they are published on the Limitsiz Bulut Bilişim Teknolojileri website. Users are deemed to have accepted the amendments.

The User may terminate this Agreement at any time by cancelling their membership. In the event that the User acts in breach of this Agreement, Limitsiz Bulut has the right to cancel the User's membership and to terminate the Agreement unilaterally.

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The Courts and Enforcement Offices of Istanbul have jurisdiction over any dispute that may arise from this Agreement.

This Agreement enters into force when the User registers with Limitsiz Bulut Bilişim Teknolojileri or begins to use the services.
