Domain Name Registration Agreement

This agreement is entered into between Limitsiz Bulut Bilişim Teknolojileri and the Customer registering the domain name. The Customer accepts that it is bound by the BTK and TRABİS regulations, the rules of ICANN (Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers) and WIPO (World Intellectual Property Organization), and their dispute resolution policies.

• Domain name renewals are made via the customer panel, either manually or by automatic payment instruction.
• Depending on the extension, a Renewal Grace Period of 1 to 30 days may apply to expired domain names.
• For domain names that are not renewed during the grace period and enter the deletion period (Redemption Period), a penalty redemption fee ranging from USD 40 to USD 500, as determined by the central registry operator, is charged for their recovery.
• Domain names that are not recovered during the penalty period are dropped and become available for general registration (on a first-come, first-served basis).

Under ICANN rules, newly registered or transferred domain names cannot be transferred to another registrar for the first sixty (60) days.

The Customer is obliged to provide complete name, surname, e-mail, telephone and postal address information when registering a domain name. The Customer accepts that this information may appear in the Whois database as required by ICANN and may be shared upon request from legal authorities or from institutions alleging infringement of rights.

Since the fee for registered domain names is technically paid to the registry operator instantly, no cancellation or refund is possible under any circumstances. Domain names used for SPAM, phishing, trademark infringement or illegal activities may be suspended immediately by decision of administrative/judicial authorities.
