Services are provided digitally and are activated automatically or by technical staff within 24 hours at the latest following confirmation of the order and payment. Access and management details are delivered via the Customer Panel and the e-mail address registered in the system. There is no physical shipment.

Consumers have the right of withdrawal within 14 days of the date the contract is concluded. However, pursuant to Article 15 of the Regulation on Distance Contracts, there is no right of withdrawal for the following services:

• Domain Name Registration, Renewal and Transfer: Domain name transactions that are allocated to the individual instantly and cannot be reversed under ICANN and TRABİS regulations.
• SSL Certificates and Software Licenses: Digital security keys and license codes generated instantly.
• Services Whose Performance Has Begun with the Consumer's Consent: Setup fees for dedicated physical servers that are set up and allocated resources before the end of the 14-day period.

ℹ️ For Web Hosting and Corporate E-Mail services covered by the right of withdrawal, a notification sent to [email protected] is sufficient.

Consumer complaints may be submitted to the Consumer Arbitration Committee or Consumer Court at the Buyer's place of residence. For commercial/corporate transactions, the competent authorities are the Courts and Enforcement Offices of Istanbul.
